The free services that power the Federation, what each one does, and where to read its documentation.

The free API stack

Every service below has a free tier the Federation uses today. Designing for zero budget means the whole system works with no paid plan. When money arrives, paid tiers unlock without a rebuild.

How work is routed

  1. Reasoning and conversation go to DeepSeek.
  2. Code goes to MiMo.
  3. Short, fast jobs go to Cerebras or Groq.
  4. If a provider is down or out of quota, the job falls back to Mistral. There is always an alternative and no single point of failure.
  5. Data sources (NASA, YouTube, Unsplash, Wikipedia) supply verifiable facts and media. They don't supply opinions.
